Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klinik (SIMK)
NIUMIU SIMK is an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system created and developed specifically for the Niumiu Child Development Center. The system brings together a wide range of essential clinical and operational modules, including registration, reservation, therapy management, polyclinic services, scheduling, reporting, and more, into a single, cohesive platform. Designed to support the unique workflow of a child development clinic, NIUMIU SIMK ensures that patient data, therapy records, and administrative processes are managed efficiently and securely. In addition, the system is fully registered, verified, and integrated with the SATUSEHAT Platform, enabling standardized health data exchange and compliance with national digital health regulations.

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Resep Obat (SIMRO)
SIMRO, or the Prescription Management Information System, is a web-based solution designed to streamline and support the end-to-end process of creating and managing medical prescriptions within a clinical environment. The system enables doctors to generate accurate prescriptions efficiently, while ensuring that all related data is recorded in a structured and reliable manner. It also includes an integrated cashier module, allowing seamless coordination between clinical and administrative teams for processing medication fees and completing transactions.

Sistem Pengajuan Dana
A web-based fund request management system built with CI4, designed to simplify and optimize the entire workflow of submitting and approving financial requests within an organization. The system supports a range of request types; including financial, HR/GA, and executive-level submissions, allowing teams to file requests quickly, accurately, and with full transparency. All submissions, approval stages, and status updates are centralized in one platform, making it easier for departments to coordinate, track progress, and maintain accountability. By providing a structured and organized process, the system helps reduce bottlenecks, minimize manual errors, and improve overall operational efficiency across the company.

NiuParents
Parent-centered digital application designed to help families monitor and support their child’s growth, development, and therapy progress through seamless integration with NIUMIU SIMK, the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used by the Niumiu Child Development Center. By synchronizing data directly from NIUMIU SIMK, the application provides parents with real-time access to therapy schedules, progress reports, results, attendance records, and other important developmental information, enabling better communication and collaboration between parents, therapists, and clinicians. Developed using Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile applications, as well as a mobile-first web platform built with Vue.js.

An Android-based mobile application developed as a pocket companion for therapists at the Niumiu Child Development Center. The app is designed to simplify and support the daily workflow of therapists by providing a convenient tool for recording and managing activity logbooks directly from their mobile devices.

Sistem Manajemen Purchase Order (SMPO)
A web-based Purchase Order management system built with CI4, designed to streamline and organize the entire purchasing workflow within an organization. The system allows the purchasing team to create and submit purchase order data, which is then forwarded to the Finance department for review and approval. Once approved, the workflow continues seamlessly into transaction processing, payment handling, and status tracking. By centralizing PO creation, validation, and financial coordination, the system helps improve transparency, reduce manual errors, and ensure that procurement activities are managed efficiently from start to finish.
